職位描述：
工作描述 Job Purpose • To enhance team capability on category management & sourcing and shift Purchasing team’s functional role from transactional/tactical support to category management & strategic sourcing gradually. Major Accountabilities • Provides leadership and accountability for all 3rd party purchasing in the Marketing category, and deliver optimal sourcing benefits and process compliance • Set sourcing strategy, manage relations with preferred and strategic suppliers, partners with internal Marketing stakeholders and seeks continuously seeks opportunities for improvement which generate additional value • Working in a matrix environment within the Global Sourcing Marketing category team, ensures optimum implementation of selected global/regional category projects in China CPO • Manages purchasing buyers within Marketing category • Implement improvement initiatives with respect to his/her categories (process optimization, e-sourcing & etc..) • Develops requests for proposals; performs quantitative/qualitative analysis for supplier proposals; manages and negotiates supply contracts in support of overall business goals and objectives. Ensure trade compliance issues are addressed 基本要求 • Bachelors degree required • 5+ years of purchasing and strategic sourcing experience and 3+ years experience in a similar position • Specific knowledge and experience with indirect material/service sourcing • Proven success of identification, selection, negotiation and integration of suppliers • Ability to develop contractual documents • Solid project management skill and strong change agent, with the ability to make things happen, gain traction quickly and motivated by successful delivery. • Demonstrated ability to develop and establish business relationship with key internal customers • Experience in Pharmaceutical company as category/sourcing manager will be a plus point • Good command of written and spoken English
