1 Job Responsibilities: • Assist to set up long term and short goals of the relevant products with relevant comprehensive strategies. • Assist to implement annual marketing strategy with clear product positioning and branding/communication strategy. • Support sales with innovative promotion / brand communication package and demo, farmer training program. • Product training for sales team. • Assist crop manager to develop crop plan, prepare product plan. Requirements: • University and above, major in agriculture or related. • 2 years related experience or above. • Marketing management. • English fluent both oral and written. • Computer skills: excel/PPT/word/internet
