KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1,To be responsible of government affairs function by developing an overall government affairs strategy including company image, public relations, stakeholders' network in MOH, SFDA, BOH, CDC, NICPBP and watch of legislation evolution so as to assure a long term development in China (Strategic Plan) and implementing this strategy in accordance with the Company's objectives. 2,Build privileged relationship with vaccine concerned officials in MOH, SFDA, BOH, CDC, NICPBP in order to be able to influence health policies 3,Support marketing, sales, and registration by lobbying Key Opinion Leaders/experts in China 4,Develop Government Affairs Action Plan to deliver required performance according to set objectives and company values/competencies. 5,Trouble-shooter role: crisis management in the event of regulatory/medical/sales issues 6,Centralize and update a database of KOL/KDM from MOH, SFDA, BOH, CDC, NICPBP and the database of overseas trip organized by departments of the company 7,Set up network in the health system in order to collect information on vaccination policies JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: 1,A degree in life sciences such as biological, medical, or pharmaceutical from a credible institution 2,Extensive experience in the roles of government affairs, PR and corporate communications, with a thorough understanding of the healthcare delivery system in China 3,Experience in dealing with officials in the Central Government and local government 4,Has established contacts in MOH, SFDA, BOH, CDC, NICPBP and other relevant authorities and institutions 5,At least 3-5 years' experience working in a similar capacity in the government affairs function with a multinational pharmaceutical, biological and/or vaccines company with a record of achievements in advancing the interests of multinational companies 6,Excellent communication skills in both the written and oral form; proficiency in both oral and written English and be able to communicate effectively with westerners 7,A good planner with attention to details and organizational abilities 8,Mature, can work independently, take initiatives and make decisions
