JOB SUMMARY Provide value added administrative support to Director in various business activities so that Director is able to work in an efficient, well-organized manner. KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS 1. Providing effective and value-added daily business support to Director to achieve business targets Provide executive support to improve effectiveness and efficiency of department business operation Coordinate internal communication for Director Settle all Director related logistic and administrative arrangement 2. Coordinate related business conduct, internal and external projects for Director (ie. project follow up under the supervision of Director) Provide assistance to projects that require the involvement of Director Coordinate various meeting requests and provide senior logistic assistance Manage budget for the project and overlook the ongoing expenses Communicate with outside agent and vender for projects 3. Other assistance to Director BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS Bachelor degree Minimum 2 years working with Director/CEO/ President level expatriate in MNC or JV company COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS 1. Keep outstanding standard of integrity 2. Aware of the highest professional standard on general management of business 3. Excellent competencies of: Planning and Organizing Effective communication Building Trust Accepting and Building Accountability Demonstrating Self-Confidence Customer Focus 4.
