Responsibilities: Work closely with Global Sales teams in feasibility studies and develop the business opportunities for China and HK. Establish and build strong business relationships with customers and potential customers. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to extend and develop the company's customer and profit base. Prepare regular reports and analyses of new business achievements, opportunities and targets. Co-ordinate and prepare costing and proposals as requested. Presents information at internal and customer meetings. Meets with customers, makes effective presentations, initiates the preparation of proposals, communicates proposals to customers, and negotiates with customers to achieve a successful resolution. Works effectively with functional and support staff. Communicates proposals to customers and negotiates with customers to achieve a successful resolution. Represents the company at conferences and meetings as designated. Provide ongoing client liaison and “account management” for specified companies /organizations Qualifications: Bachelors or Master with clinical or pharmaceutical sales background. Minimum 3-4 years experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and work within a matrix team environment required. Advanced computer knowledge including experience with MS Office software. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese languages. Ability to travel as and when required.
