Job Description Profile: The Project Manager is the one person responsible for managing the project and achieving its objectives. He/she has the necessary background and experience to be able to give the Project Team directions and maintain control of progress and budget. Responsibility: Manage quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables, and stakeholder satisfaction. Adhere to defined management and delivery processes and other policies relevant to the projects scope Report project status and issues where help is needed to the manager Authority: Manage and represent the project from start-up to completion. Plan and organize the project, allocate and direct staff and other resources to accomplish project tasks. Maintain control over the projects status and budget. Issue status information to line manager and other organizations. Drive the acceptance process. Accountability: Ensure delivery of project results according to agreed quality, schedule and cost while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
