Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to contribute to the development of late stage discovery compounds. The candidate will work on characterizing the compounds for their physico-chemical properties and perform formulation development experiments to support in vivo preclinical studies in animal models. Duties include solubility determinations, pre-formulation development, solid-state characterization, and analytical testing of chemical stability. Candidate will participate in research investigating supporting new projects and technologies, plan laboratory activities to complete timely analytical testing. Summarize data as requested for trend evaluation and report generation. The candidate must demonstrate basic competencies in chemistry and in working with analytical laboratory equipment. Minimum requirements M.S. degree in Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Analysis with 2+ years industrial research experience in pharmaceutical development. Familiarity with standard analytical laboratory techniques, process and instrumentations such as HPLC, TGA, DSC, LC/MS. Candidate must be highly motivated, able to work collaboratively with others, exhibit strong work ethics and be proficient in oral and written English.
